Worlds Most Extreme Sandwich
Tom Bridge celebrity Master chef, who lives in Parbold, was put to the Extreme Sandwich Challenge by friends of the Fred Hollows Foundation which helps blind people in the developing world.We were delighted when Tom requested that we cover the promotional and also the press pictures for Tom's amazing extreme sandwich, which will be auctioned to raise money for the Fred Hollows Foundation on eBay during British Sandwich Week in mid-May.
